Steps to bring your camera back online

If your camera goes offline, here is a video to help you bring it back online.

We give you the same steps in writing:

1.     First delete the camera from the camera list in your Hubble app: Go to the Cameras tab, tap on the ‘gear’/settings icon of the camera you want to remove and then you see a bin icon in the top right corner (Android) or 'Remove camera' (iOS). Tap that and confirm the deletion of the camera.

2.     Now you can set up your camera again: Tap the ‘+’ icon in the lower right corner of your Hubble app and follow the instructions on-screen.

If after the above two steps the camera is still offline, or if you have difficulties completing setup, you are asked to delete your camera (if listed in the app only), perform a hard reset after which you can go through setup again.

Start the hard reset by turning off the camera (or unplug it) while holding down the 'Pair' button. After 10 seconds turn the camera back on (or plug it back in) while still holding down the 'Pair' button and wait until you hear a beep and the LED starts blinking. This may take up to 20 seconds.
