I didn’t tick the box to hear about offers and news from Hubble Connected and still I get emails from Hubble. Why is that?

The opt-in option is for offers and news only and does not cover any messaging we considering essential, such as information on scheduled downtime of our servers in view of maintenance, required firmware and/or app updates. Apart from that, if you are subscribed to a Hubble Service Plan you receive your invoice as well as confirmation emails on changes or cancellation irrespective whether you opted-in or not.
